Sahil Patil, is a young and dynamic professional having more than 8 years of experience in the real estate and valuations industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai followed by a master's degree in Real Estate Valuations from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has also gained exposure to international best practices by acquiring a MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from The Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
In 2019, at the age of 27 he was one of the youngest professionals to become a Registered Valuer under IBBI. He was also the Highest Scorer in the IBBI Valuer Licensing exam and was awarded for the same.
He has had a wide exposure of conducting both corporate and retail valuations for various purposes like mortgages, taxations, land acquisitions, arbitrations, judicial processes etc. He has also had experience in contracting, real estate development and technical consultancy for various projects giving him exposure to various facets of the real estate industry.
He is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and an IRDAI Licensed Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor.
